I purchased this TV to exchange a Panasonic 65"" Plasma TV. initial of all let me say how delighted i'm with Amazon's client service and policies, after I initial ordered the TV I mistakenly ordered the non-3D version of it, and failed to notice my mistake till when it had been shipped to me. However, Amazon's policies on TV purchases created it doable on behalf of me to cancel the order and receive an entire refund!
